School Life Committees

The School Life committees are responsible for enhancing the morale, welfare, communication, and sense
of community among students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Membership- Tammy Adams
Promotes membership in the PTO, collects money for PTO dues, and compiles membership information.
Sends welcome letter to all PTO members.

Teacher Luncheons- Carrie Morales
Plans and organized teachers' luncheons through out the year.

Room Parent Coordinator- Paula Gaul (K-2) & Tracey Hamilton (3-5)
Coordinates a committee of representatives from each classroom and grade. Arranges off campus lunches
and Teacher Appreciation Week. Schedules volunteers for WOW planning.

Ways & Means Committees

These committees oversee Longbranch PTO fundraising activities. The Chair provides guidance to event
chairs, helps develop a fundraising plan and schedule for the academic year (in cooperation with event
chairs and others as needed), and oversees family and corporate underwriting efforts.

Fundraising Chair- Tammy Adams

Spirit T-Shirts- Cori Jett
Supervises the selection, marketing, sales, and distribution of Longbranch Elementary specialty clothing.

Box Tops- Annie Conrad & Nancy Walts
Promotes the year long fundraising program, collects Box Tops, and submits them for reimbursement.

Holiday Store- Elizabeth Stanley
Coordinates and supervises all aspects of the holiday store held in December.

Funding Factory Coordinator- Tammy Adams
Promotes the year long fundraising program and going GREEN campaign, collects used ink cartridges and
cell phones.
